Road Closures:
July 4th, 4 am to midnight:
• The Strand from Seagaze to Surfrider.
July 4th, 9 am to midnight:
• All streets from The Strand to Cleveland St. and all streets from Breakwater Way to Wisconsin Avenue
• All Streets from Coast Hwy. to Cleveland St. and Civic Center Drive to Surfrider Way.
• All Streets from Coast Hwy. to Cleveland St. and Mission Ave. to Civic Center are also subject to closure.
• All of the Harbor and Harbor Drive.

• Checkpoints will be located throughout the hospitality zone.
Residents:
• July 4th: 9am to midnight – vehicular movement in the Hospitality Zone will be allowed to residents who show proof of residency and confirm that they will be parking in either their driveway, garage, or off-street parking.
• When pedestrian traffic in the Hospitality Zone becomes so heavy that the safety of pedestrians is being compromised and vehicular traffic cannot safely navigate the area, no resident or resort property vehicles will be allowed into the closed area. If and when this occurs, vehicles will not be allowed into the closed area until after the fireworks have concluded and pedestrian safety will NOT be compromised.
Vehicles are restricted from travel during road closures, including:
• Event patrons vehicles
• All motorized traffic
• Skateboards
Handicap Parking:
Lot 31: (corner of Wisconsin Ave. and The Strand) has been designated as handicap parking only until it is full.
• Drop off for disabled patrons will be available via Surfrider Way all day on July 4th at the turnaround on The Strand.
Parking Lot Closures:
July 3rd, 6 am to July 5th, noon
Lot 28 and 29 – July 3rd, 6pm to July 5th, 6am
Lot 30 Betty’s Lot – July 3rd, 6 am to July 5th, noon.
Lot 31 closed to general parking and designated for handicap parking ONLY – July 4th 9 am to midnight, until full, first-come, first-served basis.
Residential Overflow Parking, July 4th, 9 am to midnight–first-come, first-served basis.
• All parking lots west of the railroad tracks (not including The Strand) will be available for residents and guests.
